MESI WALTON

Mesi Walton has been traveling the world as a cultural explorer since 1996. Traveling has given Ms. Walton the opportunity to focus on researching a topic she grew to become passionate about. African people in the diaspora and their cultural practices, as it relates to performing arts. READ MORE

STEFANIE BELNAVIS

Stefanie’s Contemporary Jamaican Folk Dance Masterclasses are a fusion of Jamaica’s Folk dance forms, namely Kumina, Dinki Mini, Bruckins, and Gerreh, combined with a Contemporary Modern influence, namely Release Technique. READ MORE

MALARI MOORE

Malari Moore is a nationally renowned musician specializing in West African percussion.  He has honed his craft under the tutelage of Master Drummers Abdou Konte, Dame Gueye, M’Bemba Bangoura, and Mamady Keita. READ MORE

ANDONG NKOBENA

Born on the red soils of Yaounde, Cameroon, Andong Nkobena is the third of five children. Her keenly observant parents enrolled her into her first modern dance class in Paris, France at the age of ten. READ MORE
